For Chief Architect :  B.Arch.(5 yr course) with least 60% imprints from a legislature perceived college/Institute. 15 years involvement in development in real framework works out of which least Five years in Metro Rail Systems/Railways/Airports/Ports/SEZ.
For Dy. CE(Design) : B.E/B.Tech in structural designing. M.E./M.Tech. in Structural building with least 60 % imprints from an administration perceived college/Institute. Least 5 years work experience of Structural Design of structures, Viaducts, Flyovers and so on with Super Structure involving on Steel Structures, I braces, Box Girders including outline, pre focused on and RCC Span for Rail/Road Bridges.
